-established in Kobe, Japan in 1996
-opened an adjoining patisserie and boulangerie in 1998
-moved to Nishi ward, Osaka in 2016

At “Louis Blanc”, we believe using in-season ingredients is crucial. Please leave it to the chef to serve the best course of the day with carefully selected ingredients for you to enjoy.

・Reservations are needed for some lunch courses and dinner courses.
・The menu is subject to change owing to ingredients available in the season. For the same reason, guests may be served overlapping ingredients and courses, when visiting our restaurant more than once in a short span of time.
